Your Role and Responsibilities
- Migrating Oracle ERP workloads to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
- To manage Oracle applications environments
- Work with clients on cloud benefit assessments.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Overall industry experience of 3+ years
- Oracle Apps DBA (EBS), Unix/Linux/AIX , General Cloning , Patching, Backup Skills & Performance Tuning Knowledge, must have experience in Oracle Apps DBA ( EBusiness Suite versions like R12.1 and R12.2 ) as a primary skill.
- Must have Knowledge of configuration, administrating, monitoring, troubleshooting, cloning, Patching in Oracle Apps 12.2
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Basic WebLogic server administration needed, must be expertise in AD utilities, EBS Maintenance activities.
- Responsible for reviewing application/databases, health checks and identify performance bottlenecks and fixing those.
- Knowledge hot and cold backups and recovery for Oracle EBusiness suite database and application of PLSQL, and SQL, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Forms, Knowledge of traces, TKPROF and find poorly performing SQL/PLSQL and ability to tune those using explain plan, or using statistics method.
