Your Role and Responsibilities
Supporting our Nation’s Intelligence Community, the Cloud Management Office is responsible for implementing and maintaining critical cloud services for all the agencies users. Currently an AWS centric architecture, they are quickly growing into other cloud environments with Azure and Oracle, across Unclassified, Secret, and Top Secret domains.

You will provide support for onboarding, provisioning, and maintaining all cloud resources for the agency.

Provide Cloud Service support on multiple networks for an Intel customer
Operate, maintain, improve, and manage user cloud access and usage
Provision cloud access and accounts, while providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support
Recommend, collect, and report Cloud Management Infrastructure performance metrics
Integrate new releases and features into the Cloud environment
Support Risk Management Framework to achieve and maintain Authority to Operate (ATO)

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Active TS/SCI with CI Poly required
5+ years of experience as an AWS Cloud Administrator
Experience in AWS, Azure, Oracle or other cloud environments and experience triaging and working customer tickets
Knowledge of Linux system administration
Security certification (CompTIA Security+) or AWS or Azure Certifications

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related experience

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
