The Practice Director, Sales Technology & Effectiveness enables organizations to drive sales excellence and world class selling through best-in-class consulting services.

This role supports Bluewolf’s global Sales Technology & Effectiveness Go-to-Market and serves as a subject matter expert. The person in this role is responsible for driving sales and nurturing select client implementations. He or she will drive quality delivery through leadership and innovation while also focusing on enabling Bluewolf sales teams and supporting key client engagements.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as key executive representative under the global Sales GTM Leader
  • Own global Sales Technology & Effectiveness bookings number as well as billable utilization goals
  • Sales responsibility that includes pipeline growth, delivery enablement, client facing delivery execution
  • Drive ongoing development of new clients
  • Partner with customers to develop and implement roadmaps focused on sales operations excellence and technology improvement
  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators for delivery, revenue and utilization
  • Collaborate internally to ensure alignment of and achievement of business goals

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Proven background leading sales operations, sales effectiveness teams or related program/project management experience supporting sales effectiveness, enablement, etc...
  • Proven history with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud)
  • Experience with implementing and integrating multiple sales tools (pricing, contract management, eSignature, sales compensation, etc…)
  • Strong familiarity and experience with leading sales methodologies and frameworks (Challenger, SPIN, SNAP, Altify, FranklinCovey, etc..)
  • Ability to commit to up to 50% travel
  • High level of initiative and energy with demonstrated ability to generate results
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and instinct
  • Excellent problem solving with strong analytical skills, and impeccable business judgment and decision making abilities
