Join an elite team of Product Engineering Professionals who support Advanced IBM Power hardware and Analytics that enables the IBM customers to make better decisions quicker, with the right access to the right data at the time.

In this role you will be responsible for the following:
  • Support the service structure and serviceability of a product for Hardware and Firmware
  • Provide technical expertise to the Field on problem determination/isolation
  • Solving client's tangled problems by providing action plans
  • Interact with other internal departments such as Inside Hardware Development Engineering, Project office, Sales Operations and Customer Success
  • Develop and cultivate client relationships for the long term
  • Leverage IBM as a global company to achieve local business objectives
Successful candidate will be innately driven to succeed, while also very collaborative; Intellectual curiosity in general and especially towards technology; Creative problem solver when deciphering client's complex problems; Positive, motivational and inspiring; Highly organized with exceptional follow up skills.



Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Technical aptitude with ability to understand and succinctly communicative value
  • Creativity and judgement applied to professional technical, or operational problems


Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • Hardware Support experience in the market
  • Experience in Hardware Firmware
  • Experience in Linux configuration/logging/performance/networking
  • Experience in BMC IPMI/configuration/networking
