Job Description

Job Duties:
· Manage the Corporate Mobile Program (CMP) for a set of countries (to be specified), end-to-end, including:
o Strategy & Policy- Participate in the development and implementation of new policy
§ CMP Strategy & Framework
§ CMP Business Model
§ Eligibility Policy
§ Eligibility exception management
§ Device Security Policy Enforcement
§ Expense Policy
§ Refresh Policy
§ Device Returns/Break Fix Policy
o Sourcing- in partnership with CMP Global Sourcing Lead and Procurement:
§ Identify & document requirements
§ Engage suppliers
§ Evaluate supplier proposals
§ Select & award supplier
§ Negotiate agreement
§ Contract approvals
§ Execute agreement
§ Partner with Procurement and Communication Sector Execs
o Supplier Relationship & Performance Management
§ New requirements (eg: in-building coverage)
§ Negotiate Amendments
§ Measure supplier performance
§ Regular supplier performance reviews
§ Service issue management
o Provisioning
§ Large migrations & communication
§ Tech refresh – Devices & SIM Cards
§ New Employee CMP onboarding
§ Rolling out new Plans
§ Device upgrade management
§ Device replacement (broken, lost, stolen)
§ Device Cascade Management
§ Order Portal Maintenance, working with the global TEM lead
o End User Support
§ End User inquiries & needs
§ End User Surveys, in partnership with the Mobile@IBM team
§ Target Communications
§ Escalations
o Financial Management
§ Submit & manage PO for country CMP services
§ Validate invoices and their processing, and cost allocations
§ Cost Analysis & Actions
§ Cost Metrics & Trending
§ Manage bonuses & credits
§ Dispute Management, in partnership with Global Sourcing Lead
§ CTO (cost take out) Opportunity
§ Cost Management initiatives
§ Spend Exceptions Reporting
o Projects, such as implementation of new services and compliance with new regulations
§ Pilot new services
§ Pilot new devices
§ In-building solutions
§ Incorporate acquisitions
§ Offboard divestitures
§ Compliance with new regulations


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

· At least 2 plus years of program management

· Knowledge about the mobile industry

· Relationship management (as a supplier or customer)



Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

· Experience in mobile industry

· Experience with Agile practices and tools
