IBM Global Business Services (GBS), Talent & Engagement is hiring an HR Cloud Services Transformation, Associate Partner to join the consulting practice. The Associate Partner will plan, design, sell and deliver complex, large-scale HR cloud transformation programs to IBM clients. The Associate Partner will be part of or lead multi-disciplinary teams, working with senior leaders to define how emerging technologies can enable disruptive strategies and create business value. The role includes helping IBM clients rethink their business/mission - guide them through the ideation process, reimagine their role in the industry as well as show them how to leverage a digital approach to optimize and expand their core mission. The role will also include extensive sales, financial and operational leadership to successfully manage this business offering.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • At least 10 years of HR package implementation experience in complex global organizations.
  • At least 5 years in an external, client-facing role or consulting role.
  • At least 4 years demonstrated experience in structuring and closing sales opportunities and solutions.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in one of the following Cloud HCM products; Workday HCM, Success Factors; BizX suite, Employee Central, or Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • At least 5 years working in a Cloud computing environment.
  • At least 5 years working with Core HR and Talent Management processes.
  • At least 10 years managing multi-dimension, complex projects.
  • At least 5 years designing processes in an HR Cloud environment.

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • Experience facilitating HR service delivery and process design workshops
  • Experience with HR process redesign, especially in the context of a cloud HCM and/or Workday deployment
  • Experience with transformation of multiple HR functional domains and/or HCM modules
    e.g. core HCM, performance management, recruiting, compensation, learning, payroll
