Job Description
We are in search of a motivated individual to join our Bluewolf Pack as a GSD Systems Analyst. You will play a key support role in measuring system efficiency, identifying solutions and working with a wide range of business leaders to implement changes needed to accelerate our mission to be the #1 brand known for creating incredible customer moments with Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather system requirements and develop practical solutions for internal and external clients
  • Support organization with technical depth, working with a variety of team members to solve system related challenges
  • Identify, analyze and implement scalable solutions on a multitude of varying projects
  • Develop training and articulate basic processes supporting the organization
  • Obtain and maintain role-based Salesforce certifications upon hire

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related field
  • 2-3 years working on Salesforce implementations, maintenance
  • Self Starter with compelling interpersonal, networking, communication and presentation skills
  • Experienced and comfortable with true Agile & Waterfall-lite methodologies
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies.


Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • Prior experience with Salesforce and/or Salesforce certifications
