Job Description
Bluewolf is on the hunt for a charismatic Delivery Manager for our eCommerce practice. We seek a leader who can successfully build, manage and inspire a team while maintaining strong client relationships. Our Deliver Manager manages a portfolio of projects, hires and enables consultants, acts as a trusted advisor to our clients and partners, and ensure successful, consistent quality delivery of eCommerce projects based on the Salesforce platform. Detailed responsibilities are as follows:
  • Build and mentor a team of eCommerce consultants, creating career paths, managing performance and ongoing development of consultants
  • Collaborate with and enable existing resources to leverage shared skill sets, such as front-end development, etc.
  • Provide strategic and technical expertise to ensure successful delivery of eCommerce implementations
  • Adapt IBM/Bluewolf delivery methodologies, best practices, templates, and processes to enable cross-cloud co-delivery
  • Oversee quality of delivery in scope and execution while meeting resource utilization, margin, and revenue targets
  • Support the sales team as needed in scoping and solutioning complex engagements
  • Engage clients for feedback and build meaningful, ongoing relationships
  • Work across business lines to uncover additional growth opportunities

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience with project management, including working knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Prior experience building and enabling a team of high-performing consulting resources
  • Hands-on experience with the Salesforce eCommerce platforms
  • Solid client relationship, communication, and account leadership skills with experience managing client expectations and having difficult conversations
  • Working knowledge of sales cycles and opportunity management
