The Recruitment Talent Community Manager is an appointed overseer for all Media Planning and Campaigns. The Recruitment Talent Community Manager will produce advertising and media campaigns in all areas targeted. The ideal candidate will understand how to segment talent communities by region, job skill set, functionality and or job family.

  • Manage media campaigns and attraction strategies for hourly positions, volume roles and special projects.
  • Coordinate the development of all media campaigns and strategies, to align with resource planning and live demand.
  • Sustain deep knowledge of competitive landscape, channel strategies and appropriate messaging required in volume client locations.
  • Manage budget and attraction methods to maximize ROI while protecting client brand.
  • Coordinate the deployment of new and alternative attractions strategies to ensure pipeline requirements are met.
  • Monitor and manage active candidate engagement and communication.
  • Create reports on attraction activity with alignments to anticipated demand.
  • Coordinate surveys and monitor candidate satisfaction.
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of attraction methodology to improve quality of hire and optimize candidate experience.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • At least 5 years’ experience in the digital marketing space
  • At least 3 years’ experience building strategy and overseeing implementation of said strategies
  • At least 1-year experience within recruitment marketing practices, mechanisms, technologies and procedures
  • At least 2 years’ experience with managing presentations, such as-product demos, training, etc.
  • At least 5 years’ experience working within social platforms including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • At least 3 years’ experience in computer skills including in-depth internet knowledge and proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, and database applications
  • High School diploma/GED
  • 10% Travel Annually
  • Fluency in English

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
