Role Description:
Seasoned practitioner responsible for aligning detailed customer service business processes and requirements to SAP CR&B Utilities solutions (tools & applications) in planning and designing / architecting projects as well as providing integration and solution delivery oversight. Will work with and lead deployment teams to ensure sound and leading practice design, end to end integration to support business processes and utility business objectives.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
  • At least 10 years of experience in SAP Customer Relationship & Billing and previous releases with minimum 4 end-to-end implementations from project preparation to go-live.
  • At least 10 years of solid SAP business process knowledge and business process blue printing experience working with utilities’ customer service processes
  • At least 10 diverse years’ experience in utilities industry with electric, gas, and water in IOU and municipal markets.
  • Expert knowledge in at least 2 CR&B sub-modules.
  • Implementation or migration experience with SAP S/4HANA
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Master’s degree preferred, but can be offset with appropriate experience.


Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:
  • Should be aware of the S/4HANA roadmap, differences between 1503, 1511, 1605 and 1610 releases and new innovations that are brought in in each of the S/4HANA releases and direct impact on SAP for Utilities.
  • Demonstrated implementation of templated SAP solutions to replace customer information systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and building templated solutions for product offerings.
