We are seeking a managing consultant to join and help develop our EPM practice, specifically focusing on financial consolidation and reporting, based on Oracle Financial Consolidation and Cloud Service (FCCS) or Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM). This person will be required to participate on projects with responsibilities including but not limited to: participating in requirements definition workshops, assist with developing design documentation, knowledge of application of better practices within performance reporting and planning process areas, develop Hyperion HFM and/or FCCS, including outlines, business rules, calculation scripts, partitions, web forms and security, systems testing, training of end user and Client support teams. You will participate on teams to deliver new process solutions based on the configuration of the Oracle/Hyperion tool set.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

•At least 5 years hands on experience in designing and implementing HFM (large multinational companies)
•At least 5 years experience in a lead role in at least two full lifecycle implementations
•At least 5 years experience in advanced technical expertise and hands on experience in configuring HFM
•At least 5 years experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional and technical specifications, preparing test plans and conducting tests, troubleshooting technical and user issues, interfacing with business
•At least 5 years experience and knowledge of traditional business process improvement techniquesadvising on good practice approaches to financial consolidation processes in order to improve their accuracy, timeliness and efficiency, including reduction of period close cycle

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

At least 5 years hands on experience in designing and implementing HFM solutions for large multinational companies
•At least 5 years experience in a lead role in at least two full lifecycle implementations of new consolidation solution using a formal implementation methodology and Hyperion toolset
•At least 5 years experience in advanced technical expertise and hands on experience in configuring the (Financial Data Management Enterprise Edition)
•At least 5 years experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional and technical specifications, preparing test plans and conducting tests, troubleshooting technical and user issues, interfacing with business
