Position Location: Boston, MA, New York, NY or Chicago, IL preferred. Open to eastern portion of the U.S.

This Sales Enablement professional will be responsible for providing sales reps with knowledge and skills through various content delivery methods and sales tools. This individual will create training using various document tools and media to continually equip the Watson Health Provider sales reps with timely education and supporting content. This individual will observe, educate, and understand our Solution Specialists, Client Executives and Regional Sales Leaders to ensure they have what they need ad the point of impact. Additionally, this individual will work closely with sales leaders, product groups and portfolio marketing teams to deliver ongoing, targeted learning to the sales reps through deep knowledge on the Watson Health Provider solutions.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Train Watson Health sales reps on new and existing offerings through F2F and virtual education
  • Interact with IBM product and marketing teams through various channels
  • Facilitate open channels of communication between sales and marketing
  • Create innovative ways for sellers to get ongoing education and communication
Necessary Expertise includes:
  • Ability to work with and communicate regularly with executives
  • 2-4 years of working with the Healthcare Industry, ideally Provider markets
  • Project management skills
  • 3-5 years of enablement, learning or sales experience
  • Highly familiar with sales culture
  • Ability to facilitate logistics for training sessions
  • Flexibility and agility to work effectively within the dynamic nature of the role
  • Proficient with video tools for delivering training (i.e. Webex), MS Office, Brainshark



Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 2-4 years of working with the Healthcare Industry, ideally Provider markets
  • Project management skills
  • 3-5 years of enablement, learning or sales experience


Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • Ability to work with and communicate regularly with executives
  • Highly familiar with sales culture
  • Ability to facilitate logistics for training sessions
