We are currently seeking Public Service, Federal Healthcare, Associate Partners to join our team. These are hands on sales and delivery roles in our Public Service industry. Responsibilities include providing advice & counsel to clients, oversight & accountability for delivery success, and achieving the highest level of client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth business process knowledge and the ability to lead discussions with client decision makers to clearly demonstrate how the Public Service Offerings and Consulting Services can help transform their business to achieve desired benefits. A successful candidate can not only identify and quantify the business benefits of moving to Public Service Offerings, but can also help to craft the implementation strategy, approach, timelines, costs, as well as lead and be accountable for the delivery of sold work.

This is a business and technology consulting role with emphasis on the business process and industry expertise. A successful candidate will also have excellent knowledge of the Federal Healthcare Ecosystem, Policy, Budget Cycles and Client Intimacy. This role requires strong communications skills and executive presence. Proficiency in developing channel & client relationships, identifying & closing new business, developing thought leadership with industry content as well as a visionary outlook in Public Service are required.

Other responsibilities:

* Lead Federal Healthcare sales and delivery engagements focused on Public Service clients
* Attain both sales and delivery targets including bookings, revenue, profit and utilization
* Lead Federal Healthcare pursuits at new logo clients and expand penetration at existing accounts
* Provide industry guidance, strategies, and Public Service Offering best practices and have working knowledge and familiarity with validated Federal Healthcare environments
* Build and lead internal communities of IBM industry practitioners
* Define, develop and use repeatable non-traditional consulting industry solutions; and
* Transfer knowledge to local IBM teams through training and side-by-side engagement work




This is an opportunity within our Healthcare and Life Sciences sector for a Senior Solution Architect to be part of building healthcare analytics solutions for our customers. We are seeking an individual with experience in solution concept definition and product requirements definition. Experience in the Healthcare industry including deep understanding of clinical data workflows, application design and delivery, data warehousing, data analytics, benchmarking, and reporting, will be a huge plus.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience selling Public Service Consulting to Federal Healthcare clients (HHS, CMS, VA/MHS and/or SSA) or exp working at one or more of these clients
  • 5+ years of experience of Business Development, Consulting and Delivery of Consulting Services
  • Track record of achieving individual sales quota of $5M+ annually
  • 5+ years of experience with business process re-engineering at an Executive level
  • 5+ years of experience with Business Operations at an Executive level
  • 5+ years of experience developing Executive level relationships, with prior experience in the identification, development and closure of Public Service sales efforts
  • 5+ years of experience guiding and facilitating Executive level business decisions and performing business analysis such as quantitative and qualitative analysis, business case development and operations analysis
  • 5+ years of experience generating pipeline in the Federal Space, with know of the budget and strategic outcomes for the Federal Healthcare Agencies
