Job Description
We are in need of a Marketing Cloud Director in the Indianapolis, IN area. You will be responsible for developing new business, leading marketing strategy sessions with select clients and validating resource plans and project scope during pre-sales conversations. In addition, this role is responsible for thought leadership in marketing across the global marketing services practice.

  • Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with key decision makers at clients; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process in the sales cycle; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. In addition, maintain key partner contacts and high-level relationships within region.
  • B2C Business Process Experience: Lead executive-level discussion around B2C sales and marketing processes, and act as the trusted advisor during the delivery portion of the project with experience.
  • B2C Thought Leadership: You are a proven leader inside and outside of our organization. You are sought out to provide thought leadership as it relates to the complex needs of our B2C customers and Sales partners.
  • Sales Enablement: Partnering and gaining the trust of our Sales partners through enablement on the latest B2C solutions, tends, and strategy.
  • Partner Alliances: Strong relationships with our largest partners is critical to our success, growth, and scalability. Deepening those relationships with Salesforce partners will be of critical importance.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Bachelor’s Degree in area(s) related to business and/or technology
  • 5+ Years of Director level consulting experience in marketing services
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and experience with strategic high-value accounts
  • Strong delivery and implementation background
  • Technical knowledge of the Salesforce Platform and/or industry leading Marketing Automation tools.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and instinct for cohesive and transparent communications with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent problem solving with strong analytical skills, and impeccable business judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in common B2C verticals like: Retail, Travel and Hospitality, and Health and Life Sciences.
