Responsibilities
Your main focus will be on the operations side of marketing, which includes but isn’t limited to
  • Partner cross-functionally within marketing to influence and execute strategy
  • Participate in preparation, production, packaging, and delivery of marketing materials and communications
  • Manage communication and outreach to various stakeholders as needed
  • Coordinate basic event and meeting logistics
  • Update and maintain various information databases
  • Generate standard and ad hoc reports as required and assist with website updates (as needed)
  • Track, collate and maintain inventory of marketing materials
  • Provide support to the extended Content and Campaign teams (WW and Geo)



Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 2+ years experience in designing and building marketing campaigns
  • Analytical thinker with Marketing Automation Tool experience
  • Very strong attention to detail and ability to manage projects
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team


Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • Exceptional leadership capabilities and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot flowcharts in IBM EMM (Unica Enterprise Marketing Management)
