We’re looking for a Sr. Manager, Analytics Implementation to join our talented team of people who are passionate about the weather.

As a Sr. Manager of Analytics Implementation, you will call on your proven experience in tag management strategy, guiding teams on requirements, best practices and troubleshooting. You will work in a fast paced environment to provide continuous improvements in the data ecosystem. Your work will result in highly articulate guidance and data standards that ultimately feed the backbone of product roadmaps. And you’ll do this working closely with one of the best consumer product organizations in the world.

What you’ll do:

Work closely and effectively with a broad range of roles to identify, define and implement key performance indicators across all digital platforms. These would include:
Reach metrics
Engagement measures
Loyalty measures
Technical performance data
Create strategies and specifications for data capture based on business requirements
Work with cross-discipline teams on integration and validation
Ensure data capture is consistent and accurate across platforms
Prioritize business critical requirements, communicating your recommendations to key stakeholders
Track tag usage, recommending appropriate action to remain within contracted levels
Identify best-in-class digital measurement techniques, tools and vendor partners
Create a culture that values analytical discipline and rigor as part of the product development lifecycle


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Undergraduate degree from top school required; advanced degree preferred
Must have at least 5 years Analytics implementation experience; reporting and analysis experience a plus
Proven track record of configuring analytics platforms, tagging, and segmentation
Deep knowledge of analytics tools, particularly Adobe (Omniture) and Localytics
Familiarity with comScore tags, campaign tracking software desired
Candidate must possess excellent communication skills- be clear and accurate, and be comfortable speaking in front of large groups
Ability to deploy relentless initiative and ownership in challenging situations
Experience working within the digital consumer industry preferred
Experience working in an agile development environment strongly preferred
