Project Manager-ADM
In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Your Role and Responsibilities
This role is responsible for leading a project team in delivering a solution to the client using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, project agreement or contract. Experience with overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. They are responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors, and for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the client. They provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the client. Guides Functional Objectives or Technologies.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- The candidate should have extensive experience for Program/ Project handling the full end to end life cycle of SDLC with large team size and client, specifically transformation project and not AMS.
- Experience in project related financial services like banking or insurance.
- Having SF or similar product knowledge is added advantage and not mandatory.
- The resource should have very strong Stakeholder management skills, with strong communication and presentation skills to handle C suites business teams.
- The candidate should be pro-active and should be able to handle things of there own and not depend on other to drive the project, basically they should be managing the project and not reporting the projects.

- Technical experience
- Demonstrated client interaction and excellent communication skills; both (written and verbal)
- Amenable to work on a client dictated schedule (Day, Mid and Night) and Location
