SAP Data Migration Lead

Introduction
As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients‘ business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Lead Data Migration activities, Senior Advisor to client on Data Migration, Data Governance, Data Management framework and execution; Expert in SAP Data Migration methodology, process, and technical skills on different data platforms like SAP BODS, Syniti, SAP DMC.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Professional Expertise with SAP Configuration: SAP Data Migration Expert with migration experience from Non-SAP ERP to SAP S/4HANA, SAP BODS, Syniti; SAP DMC, LSMW, IDOC, ALE;
Expert with SAP S/4HANA: Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and its application in client environments;
Leadership & Project Management Skills: Project management skills, including developing project plans, managing – resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and required quality standards;

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
SAP Expert Level Process Knowledge: Holder of multiple SAP certifications and expert in multiple SAP modules and the ability to integrate them to provide end-to-end solutions;
Familiarity with Cloud Computing Platforms: Including IBM Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP;
Knowledge of Agile methodologies: Hands on experience with project management methodologies like Agile.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
