Junior SAP Production Planning Consultant

Introduction
As a Package Consultant at IBM Slovensko spol.s.r.o., get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients‘ business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior SAP Production Planning Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.

Provide guidance and support in SAP production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define production goals, targets, and deliverables within the SAP system.
Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions using SAP tools.
Prepare and maintain production documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes within the SAP system.
Support stakeholder communication and manage expectations.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of production planning processes and tools within the SAP system.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SAP production planning.
Provide training and mentoring to junior team members on SAP production planning.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Proven experience in SAP production planning or a related role.
Strong knowledge of SAP production planning methodologies and tools (e.g., SAP APO, SAP PP).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP production planning software
