Your Role and Responsibilities
Welcome to the TLS Chief Digital Office. We are driving digital transformation across IBM Technology Lifecycle Services, and architecting the data and technology needed to do so. We collaborate with business leaders in Sales, Product Management, and Support to properly instrument the business for critical insights, and to find efficiencies through automation and AI.We are looking for a team player who can perform analyses as needed and be accountable for project tasks.
You will be part of a team who is responsible for:

Data Integration: Design, build, and maintain data integration pipelines to combine data from disparate sources, ensuring data quality, completeness, and accessibility.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize data systems performance, scalability, and availability to ensure timely and accurate data access and processing.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Skills needed:

Analytical thinking
Business data analysis
Query and database access tools OR data structures
Effective communications
Collaborating / working as a team

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Nice to have:

Location Statement

Supplemental 1 employees may be eligible for up to 8 paid holidays, minimum of 56 hours paid sick time and the IBM Employee Stock Purchase Plan. IBM offers paid family medical leave and disability benefits to eligible employees where required by applicable law. The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year. This position was posted on the date cited in the key job details section and is anticipated to remain posted for 21 days from this date or less if not needed to fill the role. IBM will not be providing visa sponsorship for this position now or in the future. Therefore, in order to be considered for this position, you must have the ability to work without a need for current or future visa sponsorship.
