Your Role and Responsibilities

The Operations/Quality Analyst will be responsible for driving efficient processing of requests through the VA VICCS Intelligent Automation Platform (IAP) and supporting the BTP(Business Transformation Platform) quality monitoring process, supporting platform continuous improvement projects, and coordinating with the IBM team on quality management issue management and resolution.

  • Monitoring claims processes
  • Analysis and reporting
  • Support PMO functions to include performance metrics


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • VBA (Veteran Benefits Administration) claims experience required
  • 2+ years operations experience
  • 2+ years supporting client service delivery projects
  • Ability to analyze platform outputs for quality issues and conduct analysis of available data to pinpoint source of quality issues
  • Ability to work in a technical environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Open to learning different applications
  • Familiar with business operations and quality control tools: process models, standard operating procedures (SOPs), checklists and data capture tools.
  • Broad-based general technology ecosystem and industry understanding
  • Data analysis experience (Tableau or Excel)


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience with Jira, Blueworks Live, Confluence
  • 1-2+ years of experience supporting quality surveillance, quality evaluation, and continuous improvement efforts for complex platforms
  • Experience with Public Sector Clients (US Federal, Higher Education, State and Local Governments)
  • General knowledge and experience with automation software products
  • Familiar with business designs: business models, functions, processes, job roles and customer interactions as well as how they are impacted by digitization, AI/automation and emerging technologies/techniques
  • Experience with AWS partner programs
