Your Role and Responsibilities

• Need to work on system patches, security fixes, OS/DB/Kuberenets upgrades and other periodic maintenances.
• Provisioning new infrastructure whenever customer demands on multiple clouds like AWS and IBM.
• Helping customer to resolve issues by going on call or providing sufficient information via cases on daily basis.
• Developing customised script for faster resolution.
• Finding innovative ways to improve the turn around time for Provisioning new infrastructure.
• Tuning automation to improve the existing automation workflow

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
An Experience IT professional who has worked as SRE/Devops/Critical Support level. He or She should have following skills:

• 4-10yrs hands on experience on AWS or similar cloud
• Hands on experience on AWS or similar cloud
• Hands on experience on Kubernetes
• Experience on linux/bash
• Troubleshooting skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Red hat OpenShift Cluster administration
• Experience and/or Understanding on Git operations
• Maximo Application Suire hands on or knowledge
• Shell Scripting
• Ansible playbook writing experience
• Technical documentation writing skills
