Apply now for our CISCO Incubator program – a 9-week long Cisco-designed educational program, in collaboration with IBM Bulgaria to gain technology insights and grow professional skills, giving you a chance to find opportunities within the CISCO TAC (Technical Assistance Center) team.
The CISCO TAC team in IBM Bulgaria was established in 2015 and it provides CISCO product support to Enterprise clients worldwide. Its “state of the art” on-site lab aids in problem recreation, training, and certification studies.
The CISCO Incubator will provide you with strong management support for career progression and Cisco certification advancement, combining thoroughly selected and prepared technology sessions to boost your knowledge.

Joining this program you will:

  • Build a professional network and be engaged in a multi-cultural environment;
  • Learn more about Cisco TAC and Technical Services functions;
  • Gain valuable technology insights through dedicated seminars;
  • Grow your readiness to land a job at IBM Sofia Cisco TAC while having fun;
  • Receive a certificate for completion, including a list of topics covered during the program.

The program consists of:
Dedicated online seminars, combining theory and practice, delivered once a week by the best engineers in the industry.
Diverse presentations on existing architectures and new technology trends.

Workshops to develop professional skills and learn how to enable customer success.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Fluency in English – both written and spoken;

  • Participation in Cisco Net Academy and/or interest in obtaining a Cisco network certificate;

  • Basic understanding of networking fundamentals;

  • Excellent Communication skills;

  • Highly motivated and willing to learn;

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Understanding of networking – TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewall;

  • Understanding of network security principles;

  • Cisco certification(s);
