Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking an engineer to join the System & Design Technology Co–Optimization (STCO & DTCO) team within the IBM Semiconductor Technology Research Organization in Albany, NY.
As a member of the DTCO Research team, you will be a contributor to state–of-the–art logic technology development including process assumptions, technology definitions, and power–performance–area (PPA) bench marking for the world’s most advanced semiconductor technologies. Close and frequent co–operation with development engineers will be required. Strong communication skills are necessary for this dynamic team environment.
