Time Management Systems Technical Consultants–Any Location in Canada

Introduction
IBM’s Time Management Systems Consulting business is growing rapidly, and we are looking for new members to help us drive this growth. We are looking to fill Technical Consultant / Senior Consultant roles. In this role, you will work with our clients and lead them in the implementation of their time management solutions. This will include activates such as: assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, solution configuration / build, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of their time management systems. You will provide technical knowledge & manage client relationships within context of individual role.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Currently, IBM implements the following time solutions: WorkForce Software, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, and Workday. We are looking to add more systems to our portfolio soon. IBM will invest in the right candidates by offering ample trained and pay for certification in one or more of the above-mentioned systems.
As a member of our larger IBM consulting team, you will be able work with the industries best, and further hone your expertise in other HR technologies along our Digital Change, HR Reinvention and Cognitive HR practices.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Experience with at least one of workforce/time software such as but no limited to WorkForce Software, Infor, UKG, Workbrain, Kronos, SAP CATS, ADP eTime, Replicon, Ceridian, etc.
At least two, end-to-end, time management systems implementations in a technical capacity
Experience in translating HR business requirements to a system via configuration or coding
Willingness and ability to travel up to 4 days a week once pandemic restrictions are lifted, and it is safe to resume travel
This role can be performed from Ontario, Alberta, Quebec, and British Columbia

Location:

Canada-wide; any city within close proximity to a major airport. At this point, all our work is 100% remote. Once the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions are lifted and it is safe to resume travel, you may have to travel within Canada and/or globally.
