Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Technical Development Manager on the IBM Security Threat Management product, you will be leading and motivating a full-stack team in a fast-paced environment developing the next generation of AI-infused platform features using the latest Saas and microservices architecture. Working in an agile environment, you drive multi-disciplinary squads within the large global development product group. Your work will involve close collaboration with Architects, DevOps Engineers, Designers and Offering Managers across our global organization.Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 10+ years of IT experience working with Global teams
- Proven experience with one of the programming language & QA Experience
- Proven communication skills
- Comfortable with handling conflicts
- Emotionally intelligent, Open minded and with a Growth Mindset.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Proven experience in Performance mgt & Experience in managing people’s work, workflows and results (also outside “software engineering”)
- Proven experience as a software engineer
