Your Role and Responsibilities
This position is responsible for identifying training needs, changes in organizational structure, communications needs, leadership impact assessment / alignment, and other factors necessary for a successful transformation. This resource will work with IBM and client leadership to create a roadmap for all necessary changes and guide the organization through its execution.

Your Role and Responsibilities
This position is responsible for identifying training needs, changes in organizational structure, communications needs, leadership impact assessment / alignment, and other factors necessary for a successful transformation. This resource will work with IBM and client leadership to create a roadmap for all necessary changes and guide the organization through its execution.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- Ability to plan and execute training, communications, and OCM tasks to produce optimal results and increase standardization
- Ability to evaluate key performance indicators and recommend opportunities to elevate client satisfaction and deliverables
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with the client and IBM teams to deliver shared goals
This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Security clearance or higher
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- At least 9 years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) processes and methodologies for large SAP implementations
- Proven leadership in SAP training development and delivery
- Experience with SAP Enable Now and Success Factors
- Working knowledge of document capture
- Ability to plan and execute training, communications, and OCM tasks to produce optimal results and increase standardization
- Ability to evaluate key performance indicators and recommend opportunities to elevate client satisfaction and deliverables
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Math, Business or other related scientific or technical discipline.
Must be able to clear a DoD clearance – US Citizenship Required
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Knowledge of and experience with DoD and specifically Navy ERP
- Familiar with Navy and/or DoD processes, tools and methodologies
- Federal experience
- Certified with PROSCI ADKAR Change Management
