IBM Consulting’s Associate Programme is IBM’s world-class 2-year development program for early professionals and about-to-graduate talents.
Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will have a chance to take 3 months of training in cyber threat management practice. It will be a focused training and coaching by our network of experts and mentors. All those elements will help you develop relevant skills and gain meaningful experience. To help you on this journey you will have access to unlimited learning and knowledge sessions that will complement your on-the-job learning. You will be learning and shadowing Security Analysts and other team members of the Security Operations Centre.
In this role, you’ll work in our join IBM Security Services which is a division of IBM Consulting, responsible for delivering security services to our large European customers. We look for motivated University graduates who are keen to learn and grow in the Cyber Security field.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Windows)
- Knowledge of computer network basics
- Excellent English language skills
- Openness for learning
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work in 12h long shifts
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in either of the disciplines: Computer Science; Automation; Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, AI, Business Administration, Psychology, Forensics, Criminology, Military academy, etc.
- Knowledge of at least one programming language: Python, C, C++ or other
