Your Role and Responsibilities
Are you passionate about creating an impactful employee experience for organizations undergoing a digital transformation? We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Employee Workflows Lead to join our team and play a key role in driving business success for our clients. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the HR domain and be able to oversee ServiceNow Employee Experience Transformations while supporting sales and campaigns to create eminence for IBM in the market. This role requires a strong background in HR processes and technology and excellent communication and project management skills.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR technology consulting or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and technology, including talent management, service management, and employee experience.
  • Multiple implementations of ServiceNow HRSD and other Employee Workflows
  • Proven track record of delivering successful HR process automation projects.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and optimize HR processes. ServiceNow HRSD certification.
  • Familiarity with disruptive opportunities with Gen AI, Automation, Skills Intelligence, etc. and how they can be applied to the HR domain.
