Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Architect in IBM Consulting, you’ll serve as a leader in defining solutions for clients. You’ll be the advocate for the client while guiding the technical team to implementation.
We provide security architecture design, integration, and technical support from a bird’s eye view of on-premises and cloud computing. You will lead the system design and construction phase from a security perspective, including requirement definition, system design, and construction.

[Your primary responsibilities include]

• We provide the design and construction of the system, including product selection, design, and construction from the necessary system requirements in the on-premise system and multi-cloud environment.
• We design and build the operation services required by the client according to the services provided by the cloud vendor.
• We design and build services suitable for multiple environments, such as on-premise and cloud environments, common infrastructure and cloud environments, etc.
• We perform system testing, system migration, and transitions toward operation in preparation for system production.
• We support the proposal of efficient operation services by applying IBM solutions such as operation automation and AI.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in designing and building server infrastructure including cloud environments
• Transition experience to design, build, and maintenance services required for operations
• Experience in architectural design to put the right people in the right places in multiple environments, including cloud computing
• Experience in RFP/RFI responses and customer proposal activities
• Experience or certification in building cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure for projects.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• English language – TOEIC score of 730 or equivalent
• Server/network configuration skills in a cloud environment
• Project leadership experience in infrastructure or application development projects
• Experience in system operations (SRE)
• Experience in building and migrating IAM (Identity and Access Management), IDaaS (Identity as a Service), and authentication infrastructure
