Who you are:
The Technical Process Business Design Consultant will be responsible for analysing India Expert Labs GDC key measures and help with India GDC leadership team with inputs on various measurements and make corrective actions as well working with brand delivery leaders where required. He / she will be responsible for getting the right technical talent from partner organization to support the hyper growth of GDC and manage end to end partner hiring from finalizing the technical skills required till onboarding working with delivery leaders and talent academy leader. Should be able to analyse the skills gap view by working on Clarizen, Unison and other Expert Labs tools and share the view on skills gap and ramp up plan in consultation with Talent Academy leader and own and drive the talent plans. Track and own GSI partner onboarding and offboarding to support project needs

What you’ll do:
Responsibilities:
- Work in relationship with the TEL Delivery & Talent Academy leader and track the progress on ramp up
- Oversee a Talent program and report any derailment on the plan to leadership.
- Collaborate with department heads and market team to analyse the skill gap from demands coming to GDC and work with partner organization to augment the skills required to deliver the projects from GDC
- Evaluate and select the partner team based on the skills required and work with delivery team to deploy them in projects (Tech selection)
- Coach and mentor new managers in the team about skills gap and how to engage partner team to support the delivery demands.
- Collaborate with GSI partners on need for skills required in GDC to help partners plan their team to support our pipeline
- Analyse Clarizen , Unison data sets and prepare skills demand and work with Talent Academy leader bridge the gap
- Maintain data sanity across the capacity tools and work with RDMs on data hygiene challenges.
- Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships with GSI Partner organizations, educational institutions to support our hiring growth
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutual benefit and value for both parties.
- Collaborate with partners to create joint initiatives that enhance employee development and engagement.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experienced Technical Delivery : Seasoned technical Delivery management , with proven experience of IBM product services delivery teams to understand the skills gap and help onboard GSI partners
- Effective Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrable mastery for collaboration and driving resolution with a cross functional teams.
- Experience in managing complex / multiple expert labs product services , with adherence to compliance standards
- IBM Software / HW Technology Experience: Experience in understand various IBM products and work with delivery team on the gaps to build the plan on rampup and work with Partners on building thier delivery team to meet our pipeline with focus in IT Automation , AI Ops and IBM Integration Technologies
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- B.E./BTech. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience in Computer Science/Information Systems/Engineering.
- Proven experience in Expert Labs Technical Delivery operations and partnership management.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- IBM Software Product knowledge & High level knowledge on IBM HW are is must
- Proficiency in Expert labs tools such as Clarizen, Unison, ICR , TEL Analytics DB is must
- Proficiency in IBM tools such as IDA, CSA, Bond, ICA
- Proficiency in Excel and Data Analysis is must.
