Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.​ Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your roles & responsibilities:

As an Oracle Cloud Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM’s offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.

You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Leadership in SAP Development: Lead the development team for new SAP installations and improving solutions.
• Global Collaboration and Support: Collaborate and support global delivery members over technical and administrative features.
• Continuous Improvement Advocate: Work within a continuous improvement framework, challenging ideas and finding solutions to problems

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience as a Configuration Specialist with
Oracle Fusion Cloud/Oracle sales and service in a complex environment. This experience must include:

• Experience in implementing Sales Force Automation modules
• Experience in configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud
  Experience in business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling through a
  CRM lens verification, and methodology development
• Experience in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously, working in a team
  environment, and managing projects and
• Experience in utilizing requirements and best practices for data migration from other
  products to Oracle Fusion Cloud.

• Certification in Oracle Fusion Cloud is an asset
• Specifications with the API of Oracle’s Fusion Cloud
• Knowledge on Oracle Fusion Cloud integration with MS Outlook is an advantage
• Knowledge/experience with Oracle Eloqua
• Experience working with government organizations
• Experience working in an Agile environment and
• Experience with MS Azure DevOps
