This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in MarTech implementation, working alongside seasoned professionals to support our data-driven marketing efforts. You will be exposed to Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and a range of third-party marketing tools. In addition to your daily work, the internship includes educational, networking, and social activities. This is a highly visible intern program with leadership exposure and mentorship throughout the summer.
This role supports our IBM.com team, which is responsible for continually advancing our site experience to delight visitors, enable them to easily complete their objectives, and compel them to raise their hands and engage with the IBM team. We are seeking a proactive and technically inclined Adobe MarTech Intern to join our digital marketing technology team. In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing and managing Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and various third-party marketing pixels. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing technology and eager to learn how to optimize and integrate tools within a complex marketing ecosystem.
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of Adobe Launch to manage and deploy tags for Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and third-party marketing pixels.
- Support the setup and customization of Adobe Analytics to track user behavior, conversions, and other key metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to design and implement personalized experiences using Adobe Target.
- Help manage and troubleshoot third-party marketing pixels, ensuring they are properly deployed and functioning across our digital platforms.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) testing to validate the proper implementation of tags and pixels, ensuring accurate data collection.
- Participate in the documentation of implementation processes and best practices.
- Monitor the performance of implemented tags and pixels, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
This role is based in New York, NY.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Currently enrolled in an accredited University
- Available for an internship in Summer 2025
- Rising senior for the 2025-2026 school year
- Passionate about marketing, data science, data, analytics, or a related field
- Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- A strategic, consultative, data-driven mindset
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing
- Basic understanding of digital marketing technologies, including tag management systems, web analytics, and personalization tools.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud products (Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, or other web technologies is a plus
- Excel and PowerPoint for data visualization
