Introduction
In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.​ Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Oracle HCM Cloud – Payroll and Compensation Specialist, you will use your knowledge and experience with this premier SaaS tool to help your clients solve the most pressing issues facing their human capital management functions today by:
• Providing expert-level support for Oracle HCM Cloud: Payroll and Compensation modules.
• Analyzing business requirements and developing functional specifications to implement payroll and compensation strategies.
• Configuring Oracle Cloud Payroll and Compensation applications to meet client needs and optimize payroll and compensation processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and Finance, to ensure seamless integration and data accuracy.
• Conducting testing and validation of configurations and providing end-user training.
• Assisting in change management and adoption strategies for new payroll and compensation functionalities.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Oracle Cloud Payroll and Compensation modules.
• Staying updated with the latest Oracle Cloud releases and features to ensure optimal use.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support, with at least two full life cycle implementations of the Payroll and Compensation modules.
• Strong understanding of payroll and compensation best practices and compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
