Requirements
- Expected locations: London, Manchester, Winchester, Glasgow.
- Consulting positions require flexibility on travel. IBMers are expected to work at least 3 days a week in the office.
- Roles require eligibility for Security Clearance.
- You cannot have already started or completed an apprenticeship or university course in a similar area.
Apprentice Roles Available
We’re currently expecting to recruit for the following apprentice positions starting in 2025
English Apprenticeships
Valid and eligible residency status and the right to work in England- over 50% working time will be spent in England.
Maths & English GCSE or equivalent (level 4 or above)
Degree apprenticeships require 120 UCAS points.
- Junior Management Consultant: Level 4
- Digital & Technology Solutions Degree Apprenticeship (BSc Hons): Level 6
Scottish Apprenticeships
Require residency in Scotland- over 70% working time expected to be in Scotland.
Highers in Maths & English (D or above)
Graduate apprenticeships require 120 UCAS points.
- Software Development Graduate Apprenticeship (BSc Hons): SQCF Level 10
- IT Management for Business Graduate Apprenticeship (BSc Hons): SQCF Level 10
