Introduction
As a Finance & Administration Business
Associate you’ll be a trusted business advisor.
You’ll have the opportunity to position IBM for
long-term financial growth delivering analysis,
and providing insight and innovation into the
business. You’ll be redefining how we
manage our organization and how we work
while achieving budgeted targets and ensuring
the delivery of a high quality product.
Your Role and Responsibilities
*The position requires business level Japanese language skills (Speaking & Writing, JLPT N1 level)*
*Japanese CV is required.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 3 years of business experience in Excel (able to use functions to meet requirements)
3+ years of business experience in PowerPoint (ability to create simple manuals, etc. to meet requirements)
Excellent communication skills (including online communication with internal and external team members)
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (e.g., back-office operations, corporate planning, etc.)
Team lead or team management experience
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Back-office experience in IT companies, consulting firms, etc.
Excel (able to use macros and VB according to requirements)
English (reading and writing)

This is a Business Operations role that will support our IT and strategic consulting business internally. The team is expected to have a good understanding of IBM’s mission and strategy, and to lead and build processes related to business management as required by top management while ensuring the stable operation of day-to-day program operations.
