Your Role and Responsibilities
As a consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM’s offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.

You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Build, automate and release solutions based on clients priorities and requirements.
- Explore and discover risks and resolving issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality and bring to the table potential solutions.
- Make sure that all integration solutions meet the client specifications and are delivered on time.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Workday Adaptive Planning Core certification or Workday Adaptive Planning Applied certification or Workday Adaptive Planning Integration certification.
- Proficiency in financial planning and analysis, as well as advanced reporting in Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Competence and relevant experience in leading workshops for Workday Adaptive Planning modules in at least 2 projects.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in end-to-end implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning for businesses in American, European, and/or APAC regions.
- Experience in supporting customers in their annual financial planning and analysis processes and workforce planning.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Proficiency in Core HCM and advanced reporting in Workday
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and eventually translate business requirements to system design
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
