Your Role and Responsibilities
As an IBM Consulting intern, you will work with the latest technologies and collaborate with team members to create real impact for our clients and the greater world. During your internship experience, you will have the opportunity to:

A HR Process Delivery Specialist agent is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of transactions, related to Front Office and Back Office tasks, inputs and/or processes needed to achieve contractual SLA/KPIs and client expectations. They must ensure to follow all process controls defined in each process. They assume additional responsibilities as assigned Enter and/or update data accurately and comply with SLA.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Fluent Portuguese, Spanish Has data processing skills including use of excel spreadsheets, reports, and databases. • Has strong organizational, priorization and excellent time management skills. Focuses on individual/team/department and operational objectives developing professional effectiveness and efficiency. • Maximizes customer satisfaction for the countries supported
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Fluent English Has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective networks. Ability to drive simple tasks/reports/transactions for resolution purposes. Works individually and/or as a team member, to set work priorities within well established procedures or objectives
