Your Role and Responsibilities
- Build, execute, deploy and monitor campaigns using Adobe Campaign in multiple channels, including email and SMS
- Provide forecasted volumes in campaign requirement sessions.
- Understand front-end development using HTML, CSS, & JS in Adobe Campaigns and APIs.
- Apply business rules, inclusions, exclusions and guide segmentation.
- Collaborate with client team to set up email, SMS creatives using templates in Adobe Experience Manager.
- Coordinate with the Client stakeholders to receive campaign files, validate HTML is rendering accurately in the Adobe Experience Manager template and personalization attributes are correct.
- Perform QA on audience, creative and actual email & SMS campaigns to ensure customers from the designated audience segments receive the correct personalized campaign contents and the defined mandatory checks for all email creatives are completed before scheduled/manual deployments.
- Perform Audience file validation against the specific creative to confirm correct set of customers are receiving the campaign.
- Perform checks on the creative for design, layout and preview with the actual populated data.
- Perform rendering validation across multiple operating systems and device types.
- Scheduling and launch campaigns after all QC steps are performed.
- Track deployment details and schedules per requirements.
- Report bounces, undeliverable, unsubscribes and invalid email addresses and maintain a list of undeliverable emails and perform checks against the list prior to each deployment.
- Configure routing of campaign traffic data to Adobe Analytics and other relevant data repository for reporting and analytical purposes.
- Configure event triggered campaigns per business requirements.
- High level understanding of databases from Customer data to Campaign data level.
- Understanding of data flows and ETL/workflow schedules.
- Hands on experience in SQL, Oracle, or another relational database for building packages triggers.
- Monitoring system health, provide input for the application server, and provide database server clean-up activities.
- Monitor automated campaigns.
- Good understanding of DBMS.
- Good understanding of Schema.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Graduate/Postgraduate with hands-on engineering experience in Campaign Management using Adobe Campaign Classic v7 &/or v8 in business settings.
- Hands-on experience in integration between Adobe Campaign and other Adobe & non-Adobe applications to support Campaign configuration, execution, and performance reporting.
- 2-3 year of relevant work experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of data segmentation concepts.
- Project management skills by collaborating with key stakeholders.
- Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
