IBM Application Consultants work directly with our clients on key initiatives. You will have the opportunity to build an in-depth understanding of their business issues and implement organizational strategies that drive adoption of change. Your Role and Responsibilities

We are currently searching for creative problem solvers and original thinkers to become our 2025 IBM Consulting Graduates.
These are full time permanent positions, based in Singapore, commencing in February 2025.

As a graduate, you’ll be a part of client-facing teams helping businesses change the way they work. We are looking for graduates to join us in the following roles:

Developers – You’ll work with clients to co-create solutions to major real-world challenges by using best practice technologies, tools, techniques, and products to translate system requirements into the design and development of customized systems.
Designer – You’ll focus on customer and employee strategies that explore opportunities to improve digital innovation, addressing user needs and designing world-class digital experiences. You’ll support to uncover user and business requirements in the context of the technical landscape through applying User Experience, Design Thinking, and Information Architecture methods.
Consultants – You will help us usher clients into a new age of future-looking technology. You’ll be assisting clients in the selection, implementation, and support of applications, methodology, and tools. You’ll be trained up to perform as an expert on existing and/or new applications specialized around things like Cloud, Blockchain, DevOp, Enterprise Applications, and Mobile. You will help our clients integrate enterprise-wide data for improved performance and efficiency. Leveraging a growth mindset, you’re ready and willing to deliver business value, wherever needed.
Data Engineer – You will harness the power of data to unveil captivating stories and intricate patterns. You’ll contribute to data gathering, storage, and both batch and real-time processing.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
We encourage you to apply if you:

Have finished studying your tertiary education by January 2025, OR have graduated from Singapore University no earlier than 2023.
Have less than 2 years relevant full-time work experience

- For our technical roles the following degrees are well-aligned: Design Computing, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, other degrees with a technical focus.
- For our business roles we will consider all degrees including Business Information Systems, Business Management, Finance, Commerce, Economics.
