Your Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports to support business needs.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to present data in a clear and engaging manner.
• Assist in the development of data models and data warehousing solutions.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Support decision-making processes by providing timely and relevant insights.
• Document reporting processes and methodologies for future reference.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Reporting Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Macro/VBA and Power BI
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques.
