Your Role and Responsibilities
As a member of the Storage Products Global Support Team, your primary role is to handle maintenance support for storage product issues.
Communication in both Japanese and English is important key for this position.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a member of the Storage Products Global Support Team, your primary role is to handle maintenance support for storage product issues.
Communication in both Japanese and English is important key for this position.
* Diagnose storage-related issues for worldwide customers
* Provide customer support, adjust maintenance work hours, issue maintenance instructions to IBM technical staff, and handle part orders and case closures
* Respond to internal and external inquiries with QA Collaborate closely with global product development teams to quickly and accurately restore operations and support the continued success of customers’ businesses.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Fluency in Japanese and English (Please provide your CV in Japanese with your application)
- Working in IBM office 3days per week
- Knowledge for IT hardware or network
