Your Role and Responsibilities
Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Service applications to meet business requirements, including entity creation, form customization, and workflow automation.
Development: Write and maintain code using C#, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies to extend the functionality of the platform.
Integration: Work on integrating Dynamics 365 Customer Service with other systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and user experience.
Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve technical issues, provide ongoing support, and perform system upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to gather requirements and deliver effective
