Introduction
As Business Analyst, you are empowered to bring forward the best experiences for our clients and their customers. You will need to have keen sensibilities for business and service design, and can break down complex problems into expertly crafted solutions to connect the dots between our clients’ business vision and product requirements. You will be at the center of driving our clients transformation: to identify their business challenges and opportunities; to define their experience strategy, to conceptualize user journeys, and to create digital products to accelerate their business goals.
This position will have responsibility for the end to end experience design and execution, leading customer research activities, social listening, and conducting stakeholder interview and brainstorming workshops. Subsequently, you will be responsible for devising the client’s experience strategy to fulfil goals in customer acquisition, retention and advocacy. And, working in collaboration with our business analyst and product engineers, to develop solutions and continue to evolve and iterate designs in an agile manner. Teaming between practitioners, client resources, and third party partners is critical to this role.

Your Role and Responsibilities
- Develop business case to help clients transform business values and optimize costs
- Facilitate workshops and conduct client interviews for both technical and business teams to identify pain points and requirements
- Document current business processes and use cases, providing recommendation for future operational scenarios
- Capture, analyse and document business requirements from clients
- Facilitate clients and technical teams to identify business problems and develop a solution that best fit the business case
- Evaluate and understand functional impacts from front-to-back to address all impacted application
- Support QA activities including system integration and user acceptance testing
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum 2 years of solid experience in system development projects, ideally from consultancy environment
- Excellent client facing and communication skills
- Strong analytical problem resolution skills
- Inquisitive fast learner for industry trends and new technology capabilities
- Interest to reinvent ideas to make meaningful changes and improvements for our clients
- Flexible and adaptable when dealing with change with a strong awareness and understanding of cultural diversity
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Familiar with the latest digital design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Mural and etc.
- Storytelling, presentation, and communication with the ability to clearly express and sell ideas to client
