Introduction
As an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business  and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms.  You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.

Your Role and Responsibilities

We’re seeking a talented technical expert to spearhead this expansion, with positions available at Senior or Manager levels. As part of our team, you’ll collaborate with top national and international clients to design, build, and test integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and various systems and 3rd party providers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead client-facing assignments, guiding complex interface technical design and architecture efforts, and managing technical issues and risks.
  • Drive SAP SuccessFactors implementation, including Core-Hybrid or Talent-Hybrid deployments.
  • Utilize hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SCPI) middleware technology.
  • Work with and teams of developers and technical consultants within IBM project teams, ranging from 10 to 80 professionals. In some cases, you will be expected to lead the integration teams on your projects.
  • Collaborate with our extended IBM support network to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery while prioritizing superior value realization for our clients.

Location:

  • Canada – British Columbia
  • Salary range is $96,950 – $180,050.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in client-facing roles, leading complex interface technical design and architecture efforts, and managing technical issues and risks.
  • Experience in Integration Consultant roles on SAP SuccessFactors implementations, including Core-Hybrid or Talent-Hybrid deployments.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SCPI) middleware technology.
  • Proficiency in XML, OData, JavaScript, JSON, Restful, and SOAP APIs.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 4 days, as needed.


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience in developing Groovy or Java scripts.
  • Experience with other enterprise middleware or integration software (e.g., BizTalk, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, SAP PI/PO).
  • Previous implementation and/or integration experience with SAP HCM or other established on-premises or cloud HR technologies such as UKG, ADP, WorkForce Software, Ceridian, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, etc.
  • Training in other modules of SuccessFactors, such as Employee Central.
  • SAP Certified Integration Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Full Cloud/Core Hybrid certification.
  • Fluency in French

Location Statement

This role will involve working with technology that is covered by Export Regulations sanctions.
