The Administrative Process Assistant is essential to the ongoing profitable operations of one of the world’s most globally recognized and respected companies. By overseeing our administrative activities, you will enable IBM to continue to bring to market breakthrough innovations such as Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Solutions, Cloud Infrastructure and Blockchain technologies, to name a few.
Your Role and Responsibilities
This role will be necessary to provide services to an IBM client in the banking sector.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Being a person with a disability (PwD)
Experience with Microsoft Excel;
Good communication and interpretation of texts;
Self-management for email demand;
Flexibility and Teamwork;
Customer relationship;
Decision-making capacity.
In-person work at IBM Hortolândia (Condomínio Tech Town) from Monday to Friday, business hours.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience in contract management.
