Your Role and Responsibilities
As part of this role with IBM Z Digital Integration Hub product team within the IBM Z Software portfolio, you will be leading development and building solutions, targeted at application modernization and integration on IBM Z.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 8 – 14 years of experience with software development.
- Strong skills and experience with performant Java application development, Java config, heaps.
- Strong experience with debugging and technical design.
- Experience and proficiency with team leadership, demonstrating commitment and successful delivery outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-geo teams.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Strong understanding of applications and architectures within the z/OS environment
- Experience in developing applications on the z/OS platform, as well as experience and familiarity of the z/OS environment, tools, and development practices”
