Introduction
In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

IBM Application Consultants work directly with our clients on key initiatives. You will have the opportunity to build an in-depth understanding of their business issues and implement organizational strategies that drive adoption of change. We are looking for experts who can build credibility and trust with our clients and provide knowledge that addresses individual and unique business needs.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Understanding client business processes and service needs and working with the client to demonstrate how ServiceNow modules will support these processes
  • Provide guidance to the client and to ServiceNow technical resources in the implementation of the to/be processes. Advise on all things functional and operationally related to ServiceNow implementation projects
  • Collaborates with other IT functions to design solutions for complex problems and understands end-to-end business processes
  • Designs and develops integration solutions, data migration strategies and tools
  • Designing end to end solutions in ServiceNow.
  • Responsible for creating HLD/LLD.
  • Collaborate with other business and technical teams.
  • Integration experience through web services (SOAP and REST) and/or other technologies


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Overall 7+ years of experience with 5yrs of ServiceNow experience.
  • Have worked on multiple integrations of ServiceNow-Monitoring Tools
  • Hands-on development experience with SOAP, RESTful API, scripting with ServiceNow
  • Solid understanding of the overall NOW platform and integrations
  • Experience with ServiceNow development tools including Studio, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub
