Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll provide development leadership to accelerate building of modern development tooling for mission critical enterprise applications. You’ll work collaboratively across a global team to integrate capabilities into one consistent and first class developer experience.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Required Skills:

• Strong background in computer science
• Strong scripting and coding skills (including Shell, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, etc.)
• Self starters who can quickly learn new technologies
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ability to focus on delivering results in a dynamic environment with aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Certification in AI, NLP, or related fields.
• Knowledge of mainframe applications such as Db2, CICS, IMS, WAS and MQ is a plus
• Solid experience on development/testing on z/OS is a plus
• Popular chat tool such as Slack, Microsoft Teams integration experience is a plus
