Introduction
The Technology Content team provides critical assets to the GTM organization, building and maintaining demo’s that are used by technical sellers and business partners to showcase product capabilities and specific industry use cases. These demos are also used as IBM L3 Learning content to enable the sellers and tech sellers as well the corresponding roles at business partners.
The solution architect is a pivotal role in creating and maintaining these demos.

Your Role and Responsibilities
• Responsible for the end-to-end architecture and design of the demo’s used by the global GTM organization (~10 demos in total)
• Orchestrating development resources along an agile software development process to build the standard webMethods + StreamSets demos, demo environments and relevant documentation
• Maintaining demo environments with updates based on new product releases and demand from the field
• Management of demo infrastructure access & permissions in collaboration with webMethods Cloud Operations and IBM Infrastructure Team

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience in designing cloud and hybrid application integration landscapes
  • Proficiency in enterprise integration principles and patterns, including messaging, service orchestration, event-driven architecture, and APIs, with hands-on experience implementing solutions using industry-standard integration tools and frameworks
  • Business Partner experience
  • Skilled with content creation (messaging etc.) and presentation while addressing diverse needs and engaging a wide range of audiences


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • IBM product knowledge would be valuable
  • Experience in solution co-creation with clients and business partners and hands-on selling methods such as: demos, custom demos, Proof- of-Concepts, Prototypes, Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) or other technical proofs
